SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

We ship orders within the Continental United States and internationally.

All original paintings are packaged and shipped and sent via Fedex, OCS Studio Art Service or Hedleys, INC.
Prints are shipped from Skyline Art Prints in Austin, Texas via UPS or USPS.
Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please allow 5-12 business days from the date of your order to your delivery date.
Please include your phone number so Samantha Kaplan or Skyline Art Prints can contact you if necessary.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email photos at info@samanthakaplanart.com.

RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the day the item was purchased to return a print or painting.
All items are expected to arrive in the same condition they were sent in. Please include all paper and packaging.
Once the item is returned in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund.
If the item is received after 30 days of the original order was placed, you will not be eligible for your original credit and you will have to pay for shipping back to the original delivery address.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
